Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has strongly responded to allegations made by Rahul Gandhi regarding adulteration in the Maharashtra Milk Federation elections. Speaking to reporters in Raipur after completing his tour of Jashpur, Sai stated that Congress and its leadership have lost the trust of the nation due to their words and actions. He added that the opposition is facing defeat in every election and is now attempting to mislead the public out of panic and frustration. During his address, the Chief Minister also issued directions to district collectors regarding the impact of the Arnab and Murasu cyclones. He instructed administration officials to conduct thorough surveys in all affected areas where crops have been damaged or houses have been partially or completely destroyed, ensuring that necessary assistance is provided to those affected. Touching upon the ongoing indefinite strike by Patwaris, Sai emphasised that the Government maintains an employee-friendly stance.

He appealed to the striking personnel to consider the hardship faced by the public, stating that demands can be presented through alternative channels without disrupting essential services, as work stoppages ultimately harm both the citizens and the state. Furthermore, Sai accused the Congress party and the opposition alliance of provoking the public for political gains. He highlighted the ongoing Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy campaign organised by the Bharatiya Janata Party across various districts. Mentioning the participation of senior leaders including Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and National President JP Nadda in previous legs of the initiative, Sai confirmed his attendance at the campaign rally organised in Raipur.
