In a historic achievement that has sent ripples of pride across the education sector, Anjuman Urdu Primary School (Semi-English), Sadar, has been officially honored with the prestigious School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework (SQAAF) Award for 2025-26. Out of more than 67,000 schools across Maharashtra, only a select 429 institutions were chosen for this elite recognition. From the entire Nagpur district, only three primary schools achieved this feat, with Anjuman Urdu Primary School standing tall as the only Urdu medium school in the region to receive this honor. Disciplined governance and focus on administrative excellence of Zaka Haq, Administrator, ensured that the school met every rigorous criterion of the SQAAF framework.

Under strategic guidance of Anees Ahmed, CEO, the school has successfully bridged the gap between traditional values and modern educational standards, making it a model institution. Hands-on leadership and academic rigor of Iftikhar Ahmed Khan, Headmaster, have been the driving force behind the school’s consistent 100 per cent results and flawless operations. “By securing this award, Anjuman Hami-E-Islam has proved that with the right leadership, an Urdu medium school can outshine thousands of institutions and set a benchmark for the entire state. This recognition validates the school’s mission to provide high-quality, accessible education to all,” said Tanveer Mirza, Chairman CDC.
