I went through the article in today’s ‘The Hitavada’ regarding High court joint action to resolve traffic problems, but will the authorities take serious steps/actions in helping common man :-

 

1) There’s no footpath left in Dhantoli and Ramdaspeth where there is space for walking, all have been occupied by the Chaat vendors or Fruitwalas especially in Dhantoli you see near Mehadia Square even though the fruit vendors and Chaat wala have shops but despite having own shutters, their entire shop is on footpath encroached for years now, NO ACTION TAKEN.

2) These days, many new hospitals are under construction and if you go and see their sites, all their construction material (bricks, cement, big iron rods) are kept on busy working roads. In fact, all their RMC trucks come and are parked for hours on busy roads ( BUT WHO CARES) .

3) For the past many days, the road from Ghat road towards Mehadia Square through Dhantoli Police Station, Traffic Department has blocked the road and you have to take a U-turn from Indian Gymkhana and come towards police station (AS PER RULE) but no one cares. All two-wheelers come from wrong side all day long and in nights even four wheelers and buses enter from the wrong side (BUT SAME AGAIN WHO CARES).
