On behalf of the entire Ramdeobaba family, Nuwal was felicitated by Ashok Kumar Pacheriwala, Treasurer, SRSS, with a Scroll of Honour celebrating his prolific career, exemplary service to the nation, and his decades-long association with Ramdeobaba family, a memento featuring golden-engraved seven horses symbolising success and progress, and a unique portrait crafted by RBU student Manas Jaiswal—artistically created by inscribing “Shri Ram”—reflecting the deep admiration and reverence of the student community. The felicitation took place during the inaugural ceremony of Pratishruti 2026, the Annual University Fest of Ramdeobaba University, honouring its visionary leader, Nuwal, whose decades of association has enriched the institution and inspired generations.
Addressing the gathering, Nuwal humbly remarked, “This award recognises the hardwork of my entire team of dedicated personnel, to every guru, guide, and well-wishers who shaped my journey.” While citing example of rapid transformation in warfare technologies, he underscored the necessity of evolving with changing times while remaining firmly rooted in values and cultural heritage.
Highlighting India’s immense talent pool, he urged all to harness this powerhouse for nation-building and to contribute meaningfully to the vision of a self-reliant India. Quoting the Sanskrit maxim “Vidya Vinayena Shobhate” (knowledge is adorned by humility), he stressed the importance of character, humility, and cultural grounding in shaping responsible global citizens.
He reminded students to carry their roots with pride, wherever in the world they may go,” Nuwal said.
Sarang Dewaikar, Delivery Executive, Tieto Banking and the chief guest of the inaugural ceremony of Pratishruti 2026 was present. He spoke about learning from failures, working in teams, problem-solving, and adaptation, and emphasised
that ‘skills matter but mindset matters more.’
In his speech he highlighted the importance of working in a team, which celebrates diversity and told everyone to become good listeners, and termed it as a super-power. He concluded by asking students to take back three words from the session: “Curious, Humble, Kind.”
