JASHWIN Nayak hammered an unbeaten 192 and Mayank Tare scored 101 as Reshimbagh Gymkhana ‘A’ defeated Porwal Sports Academy by 448 runs in the Under-14 VCA Inter-Academy Cricket Tournament at Porwal Cricket Ground Kamptee on Tuesday Electing to bat, Reshimbagh amassed 486 runs for loss of five wickets and then bundled out the opponents for a meagre 38.

 

Jashwin’s 192 that came from 127 balls, contained 27 fours while Mayank made 101 from 54 balls with 19 fours. Dameed Boharpi hit 42 from 39 balls with six fours. Reshimbagh bowler then complemented the batters. Lawanya Takalikar took four wickets in his three overs and was well assisted by Gaurang Pande and Arnav Raut who snared three and two wickets respectively.
