“Panch Parivartan Abhiyan initiated by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as a part of its Centenary year is steadily evolving into a nationwide movement for social transformation,” said Dr Pradeep Dubey, Prant Sanghchalak (Mahakaushal), while addressing a press conference on Thursday. Dr Dubey said that the campaign’s five core themes family awakening, social harmony, environmental awareness and sustainable lifestyle, self-awareness and civic responsibility are receiving widespread acceptance across communities.
“The initiative is not only being embraced by Hindu families but is also gaining appreciation across caste and community lines. Even sections of the society that were earlier critical of RSS are now showing openness towards the ideas of Panch Parivartan,” he said. Sharing the insights from three-day Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha meeting held in Haryana, Dr Dubey informed that the campaign aims to build a unified societal movement aligned with the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.
The meeting was chaired by Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat and Sarkaryavah Dattatreya Hosabale. Out of 1,493 delegates expected, 1,438 attended the meeting. The deliberations concluded with renewed emphasis on organisational expansion, national interest, social participation and harmony.
