a talented player from Class 7 of St John’s High School, Mohan Nagar, delivered an outstanding performance and won the gold medal in 34 kg weight category in the State-Level Teng Sudo Martial Art Championship. The championship was held at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sabhagruh, Nadura, Buldhana.

 

The competition was organised jointly by the Directorate of Sports and Youth Services, Pune, and Buldhana District Sports Office. Purvi gives the credit of her success to Principal Rev Fr Vishwas, Vice-Principal Rev Fr Bosco, Manager Rev Fr Thomas, Supervisor Tulankar, Sports Teacher Savio Andrew, Allen Kujur, Ankush Bhadange and all teachers for their support and guidance.
