THE Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, will be launching the proposed XSIO Advanced Industrial & Manufacturing Park at 10 am on March 7. It will be one of Maharashtra’s first intelligence-integrated, next-generation advanced industrial and manufacturing campuses, currently under construction along the NH-53 Corridor (Nagpur– Amravati Highway) at Linga, Nagpur.
Being developed by XSIO Industrial & Logistics Parks, a Blackstone-backed industrial & logistics platform, the under construction XSIO Advanced Industrial Park is set to be a defining milestone in Maharashtra’s Industrial manufacturing infrastructure.
The park is being designed as a technology-native manufacturing campus — embedding AI architecture, digital twin systems, and smart infrastructure frameworks from inception. It will include AI-Driven Building Management Systems (AI-BMS). Enabling predictive maintenance, energy optimization, operational analytics, and infrastructure intelligence. Digital Twin Technology Integration, providing real-time asset monitoring, performance simulation, lifecycle optimization, and data-driven infrastructure governance.
Advanced Integrated Utility Networks, designed to support high-load, high-precision advanced manufacturing operations. ESG-Aligned Sustainable Engineering Systems, infrastructure calibrated to global sustainability benchmarks and long-term efficiency standards.
A proposed FDI-backed Rs 700+ crore development, the park will form a key part of Blackstone backed XSIO’s Rs 8,142 crore investment programme across Maharashtra — projected to generate over 35,000 jobs.
The XSIO Advanced Industrial Park at Linga alone is estimated to generate approximately 2,500 direct and indirect employment opportunities for local
communities.
Ashish Agrawal, Managing Director, XSIO Industrial & Logistics Parks, stated: “The XSIO Advanced Industrial & Manufacturing Park represents the next chapter of intelligent manufacturing infrastructure in Maharashtra. By integrating digital intelligence at the foundational level, we will be creating an ecosystem where technology enhances productivity and competitiveness. We are honoured that the Chief Minister will launch this landmark project — a development inspired by his visionary thinking and transformative leadership for Maharashtra’s continued
industrial growth.”
