ON THE occasion of International Women’s Day The Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-operative Society Limited has launched an attractive ‘Business Loan’ scheme which will be valid from March 5 to 15. “The society will be disbursing more than Rs 100 crore as loans,” said Founder Member and former Chairperson Nilima Bawne at a press conference on Thursday. Under the scheme, a person can get business loan against mortgage of immovable property and get up to Rs 5 crore at 9 per cent to 12 per cent rate of interest.

 

The loan will be calculated at monthly reducing balance method. The loan tenure will be from one year to seven years, said Chairperson, Sarika Pendse. To get sanction letter, interested persons can visit the main branch with all necessary documents, informs Vice Chairperson Anagha Vaid.
