TEJAS Gondse won a gold medal at RTMNU Inter-Collegiate Boxing Championship. A 3rd year CSE Department, Tejas brought pride to Jhulelal Institute of Technology (JIT) by securing the top prize in the boxing competition organised by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University. Demonstrating exceptional skill, determination and sportsmanship, he outperformed strong competitors from various colleges affiliated with the
university.
Following his outstanding victory, Tejas has been selected to participate in the All India-level Boxing Competition to be held at Kurukshetra University.
The college management, Mahesh Sadhwani, Chairman, SSCT Nagpur; Virendra Kukreja, Secretary; Pramod Pampatwar, Director-Technical, Dr Hemant Asrani, Dean (Administration) and Director, Dr Narendra Bawane, Principal-JIT, Dr Sohel Bhura, Vice-Principal and Dr Uma Patel Dean-Students congratulated Tejas on this significant achievement, calling it an inspiration for other students to pursue excellence in both academics and athletics.
