ST JOHN’S Alumni Cricket Cup
was successfully organised at
South East Central Railways’
Motibagh ground recently.
The tournament featured
four teams representing the traditional school houses Red,
Blue, Green and Yellow, reviving
the house culture that has
always been an integral part of
the Mohan Nagar-based
school.
All four teams competed in a
league format, showcasing
exceptional cricketing skills,
team coordination and sportsmanship. After intense and
thrilling league matches, Yellow
House emerged champions
while Blue House secured the
runners-up position.
Earlier, jersey unveiling ceremony was held at the school
campus in esteemed presence
of Principal Father Vishwas
Torane, Supervisor Abhay
Tulankar, teachers Zena,
Rebecca and all captains.
The organising committee
extended its gratitude to the
House Captains Ashish Dey,
Sharad Parashar, Jolly Osan and
Mohit Yadav for their support.
Dr Tejinder Singh Rawal,
Dilip Singh, Sr DCM, SECR and
Praveen Dabli were the guests.
Gaurav Mann, Manish Naidu,
Abhishek Ambade, Ashish
Deshpande worked hard for the
success of the tournament.
