THE Department of Sports and Physical Education, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University announced the men’s team for the upcoming Western Zonal Inter-University Kho-Kho Tournament. The tournament will be held in Nanded from April 2-5. The selected team will play against strong teams from variousuniversities across thecountry and will showcase their skills andsportsmanshipat thenational level.The names of the selected players are as follows – Siddhesh Satpute,RahulSahare, ChetanDonadkar,VanshShende, Aman Sarware, Shantanu Dhargave, Chaitanya Surjuse, Aman Kelwade, Nikesh Nishad, Piyush Rathod, Aditya Mangar, Darshak Tangde, Devang Kale, Harshal Vike, Sahil Lonkar.

 

Also included as reserve players are Yashwant Shingnapure, Himanshu Waghade, Pranay Charge, Maroti Kudayami, Rupesh Shende. On this occasion, ViceChancellorDrManaliKshirsagar; Director Dr Sambhaji Bhosale congratulated the players and expressed confidence in their excellentperformance.The team will be guided under the leadership of coach Dr Sanjay Chaudhary and Rajeshwar Monwade will be the teammanager. The university has extended its full support to the team and wished them luck for their bright success
