AXIS’26, the annual technical festival of Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, will be held from April 10 to 12 on the institute’s campus. Recognised as one of Central India’s prominent student-driven technical festivals, the event is expected to attract participation from students, academicians, industry professionals and technology enthusiasts from across the country.
A major highlight of the fest will be a guest lecture by Dr Sudhanshu Trivedi (Member of Parliament) on April 10 at 4 pm at VNIT Auditorium, sharing insights on contemporary national and technological developments. Acharya Prashant, Indian Philosopher and author, will be the guest of honour of the event to be held on April 11.
In addition, exhibitions by leading organisations such as ISRO, Raman Science Centre, YIL, Indian Air Force, and the Indian Army will showcase cutting-edge advancements in space technology, defence systems and applied sciences, offering visitors a unique opportunity to engage with real-world innovations.
Key attractions of AXIS’26 include a Paintball Arena, Drone Racing and Robowars, along with several other engaging events that combine technical expertise with entertainment and competitive spirit.
The organisers extend a warm invitation to students, professionals and the general public to be a part of this three-day celebration of technology and innovation as entry is open to all.
