KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals, Nagpur, is set to host Pulmonology Update 3.0, a focused half-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme on April 26. Organised by the hospital’s Centre of Excellence for Pulmonology in association with the Vidarbha Chest Association and the Association of Physicians, Nagpur, the academic initiative aims to bring together leading pulmonologists, physicians, and postgraduate students.
 
The distinguished experts include- Dr Anant Mohan, Senior Prof and Head, Pulmonary Medicine from AIIMS, New Delhi; Dr Richa Gupta, Senior Prof and Head, Pulmonary medicine, Christian Medical College, Vellore; and Dr Rupak Singla, Senior Prof, National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases, New Delhi.
 
Dr Abhishek Faye, Organising Chairperson, said, “Our department is also planning to initiate a post-doctoral training course with a special focus on Interventional Pulmonology.” Dr Sameer Lote, Organising Chairperson, stated: “Our hospital aims to provide start-to-end treatment facilities for all pulmonology-related issues.” Dr Rohit Vadala, Organising Chairperson, added: “We are among the very few centres in Central India offering comprehensive diagnostic for a wide range of respiratory conditions.” Dr Tushar Gawad, Unit Head, KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals, added: “At KIMS-Kingsway Hospitals, we strongly believe that continuous academic engagement is essential for maintaining clinical excellence.”
