There is a reason we call it our ‘home’
Where people smile on getting a glimpse of you
Their faces light up all bright 
To have you around, their happiness is true.
But I had to leave it all for pursuits of life
Should I fear that I am losing them?
Insecure as I am for they are my people 
Losing them is nowhere in my mind’s frame.
But hey! I found a new home here in a new city,
Amid the chaos I met new people
Who hold my back when I need  them
Who keep me clam, keep me stable. 
The new people I met 
Have now become family 
So fond I have grown of them
I no long miss my home all so dearly.
Walls become home with the care you receive
The roof overhead is the support you need
Comfort comes from people you call your own
And that’s how I found, a home away from home.
