One of India’s premier defence manufacturing units, Ordnance Factory Khamaria (OFK), has achieved a significant milestone by being conferred with the prestigious ‘Golden Peacock National Quality Award 2026’. The award is presented in recognition of excellence in quality management, adoption of modern technologies, continuous improvement practices and robust production systems. This honour highlights OFK’s strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and operational efficiency at the national-level. It may be noted that the factory had also received the ‘Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award 2025’, further underlining its consistent performance in both quality and human resource management.

 

On this achievement, Chief General Manager Shailesh Vagerwal congratulated all officers and employees, stating that the award is a result of collective effort, dedication and an unwavering commitment to quality across the organisation.
