Under the Government of India’s capacity-building initiative “Mission Karmayogi,” the ‘Karmayogi Sadhana Week 2026’ is being observed nationwide from April 2 to 10 through the iGOT Karmayogi portal, with the objective of enhancing the competency and technological proficiency of government employees. In this connection, the Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Nagpur (under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India) formally launched the Sadhana Week on April 2.
On this occasion, under the guidance of the Officer-in-Charge, Dr Savita Sharma, all officers and staff members were briefed in detail about the programme and were encouraged and directed to complete the prescribed training courses available on the iGOT Karmayogi portal. During the campaign, all officers and staff actively participated in various learning modules. Notably, the modules focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies were successfully completed, and all officers and employees of the institute earned the “AI-Daksh Badge,” reflecting their commitment to continuous learning and technological upskilling.
This initiative is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of employees and facilitate the transition from a rule-based approach to a role-based work culture, ultimately enabling improved delivery of citizen-centric services.
