Vidhi Tiwari, a student of Bhavan’s Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir, Shrikrishna Nagar, Wathoda, has secured an impressive 97.4 per cent in the CBSE Class XII Humanities examination, making her the probable topper in the stream. She scored 97 marks each in Psychology, Political Science and English, along with 98 marks in Sociology. Vidhi is the younger daughter of former corporator Yogesh Tiwari and Geeta Tiwari. The family was delighted after the results were announced. Living in a joint family, Vidhi said, the positive atmosphere at home helped her stay focused and confident. She is the second youngest among her cousins. Her elder sister, Shruti Tiwari, has completed her MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management.
 
Vidhi said, her parents never pressured her for marks and always encouraged her to maintain a calm mindset. She also credited her younger cousin Pratyusha for motivating her during preparations. Apart from academics, Vidhi served as Head Girl of the school and was among the presidents of Rotary Group of Nagpur Ishanya. She balanced studies with leadership responsibilities and event planning effectively. She credited her teachers, friends and school for their constant guidance and support. Vidhi advised students to avoid unnecessary pressure and maintain a balance between studies and life. She now plans to pursue BA Honours in Psychology from reputed institutions such as St Xavier’s College or Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
