HARSHIL Naidu starred with the bat as Ruby Sporting Club thrashed MCA Gondia by 130 runs in the ongoing Thunderbird Under-13 Cricket Tournament. Electing to bat first at Royal Cricket Association’s Mecosabagh ground, Ruby Sporting posted a huge 209 for 5 in 25 overs.

 

Harshil, who came in at number three, slammed 89 runs from 54 deliveries. His entertaining knock included 11 fours and four huge sixes. Ansh Yergulwar (29) and M Hammad (29) were the other notable scorers. In reply, Gondia were bundled out for 79 runs. Aditya Patil highest scored 32 runs for MCA Gondia. Furkan Raza and Mayank Yadav took two wickets each.
