EASTERN Karate Club (EKC), affiliated to Traditional Shotokan & Sports Karate Organisation India, celebrated the outstanding success of its young karatekas at the prestigious Maharashtra State Sub-Junior, Cadet & Junior Karate Championship 2026-27 held in Nashik recently. Under the expert guidance and dedicated training of Sensei Avinash Ingole, the students delivered an exceptional performance and brought great pride to the club. The championship witnessed remarkable achievements by the participants, showcasing their discipline, determination, and sportsmanship.
 
Sharayu Shrawankar secured the gold medal in 12 Years Sub-Junior Female Kumite (-40 kg), making the club proud with her outstanding victory. She has been selected for National competition to be held in Dehradun in the month of June. Manan Vora, Nishka Dabde and Pinak Gotmare won a silver medal each while Hardik Satpaise earned a bronze medal, adding to the club’s glorious success. These achievements reflect the hard work of the students, the unwavering support of parents, and the dedicated coaching of Sensei Avinash Ingole. Eastern Karate Club congratulated all the winners for their remarkable accomplishment at the state-level competition and wishes them continued success in future championships.
