AIIMS student presents research paper in China on Emotional bonding
 AIIMS Bhopal student Priya Kumari at the ‘ASPIRE 2026’ International Conference.

An M.Sc. Nursing (2023 batch) student of AIIMS Bhopal presented her research paper at the prestigious international conference ‘ASPIRE 2026’ held in Beijing, China. More than 3,000 experts and researchers from over 60 countries participated in this 15th conference, organized at the China National Convention Centre, where topics related to maternal and reproductive healthcare services were discussed. Priya Kumari, a student of the institute, presented her research paper on positive activities that strengthen the emotional bonding between pregnant women and their unborn babies. Her research was based on the topic ‘Effect of Fetus Targeted Maternal Activities on Feto-Maternal Attachment among Pregnant Women’.
 
The study highlighted that positive activities performed by the mother during pregnancy help in strengthening the relationship with the unborn child. This research work was completed under the guidance of Dr Lily Podder, Kumarasamy A P, and Dr K Pushpalata. On this achievement, AIIMS Executive Director Professor (Dr) Madhabananda Kar, and College of Nursing Principal In-charge Dr. Mamta Verma, along with faculty members, congratulated the student.
