The Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) on Monday unveiled its independent corporate logo and new corporate identity for the first time in its history. The occasion marked a historic and proud milestone for WCL and was attended by Chairman-cum-Managing Director Dr Hemant Sharad Pande; Director (Finance & Human Resources) Bikram Ghosh; Director (Technical/Operations) Anand Prasad, Director (Technical/Projects & Planning) Sandeep Paranjpe, along with senior officials from all areas and units connected through video conferencing.

 

In his presidential address, Dr Pande expressed confidence that the new corporate identity would further strengthen WCL’s institutional, digital and branding presence while fostering a renewed sense of pride, unity and energy among employees, stakeholders and the entire mining community. Addressing the gathering, Bikram Ghosh stated that the new corporate identity is not merely a logo, but a powerful reflection of WCL’s work culture, visionary outlook and organizational values.
