DESCRIBING Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 12-year tenure at the helm of the Nation as a transformative period marked by decisive leadership, inclusive growth and unprecedented public welfare, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday extended heartfelt congratulations to the Prime Minister for completing 12 years in office as the nation’s ‘Pradhan Sevak’. The Chief Minister said that under Prime Minister Modi’s visionary and people-centric leadership, India has witnessed a historic shift in governance, development, national confidence and global stature. He remarked that the past decade has not merely changed policies but has fundamentally transformed the character and functioning of governance by placing service, transparency, accountability and Antyodaya, upliftment of the last person, at the centre of national priorities. In a message posted on social media platform ‘X’, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated that Prime Minister Modi’s unwavering commitment towards the poor, farmers, women, youth, tribal communities, and the underprivileged is now visible across every corner of the country. He said the benefits of development have reached even the remotest and most marginalised sections of society, reflecting the Prime Minister’s resolve to ensure inclusive growth. The Chief Minister observed that India, under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, has emerged as a more self-confident, secure and globally respected nation.

He highlighted the country’s remarkable achievements in economic growth, modern infrastructure, digital transformation, self-reliance, national security, and social empowerment. Referring to the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, Sai said the mission of building a developed India is progressing steadily with active public participation and growing trust among citizens. Highlighting the impact of Central Government initiatives in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Sai said Prime Minister Modi’s leadership has been particularly transformative for Bastar and other tribal and forest regions that had long suffered from Naxal violence and underdevelopment. Today, he said, these areas are witnessing a new atmosphere of peace, development, and public confidence. He noted that roads, healthcare facilities, schools, mobile connectivity, banking services and welfare schemes are now reaching remote tribal villages, bringing significant improvements in the lives of people living in previously inaccessible regions. Chief Minister Sai further stated that flagship schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Jan Dhan Yojana, and Digital India have brought new hope, dignity and self-confidence to millions of poor families, farmers, women, youth, and tribal communities across the country.

He said Prime Minister Modi’s focus on delivering the benefits of governance to the ‘last person in the queue’ has made the administrative system more responsive, transparent, and accountable. The Chief Minister remarked that Prime Minister Narendra Modi transformed the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ into the foundation of governance and policymaking rather than allowing it to remain merely a slogan. As a result, he said, the Nation is moving rapidly towards inclusive development and social empowerment. Sai also underlined that Prime Minister Modi’s leadership has strengthened not only the nation’s economy but also India’s cultural confidence, national unity, and spirit of public participation. By elevating India’s stature on the global stage, he said, the Prime Minister has infused renewed confidence and pride among citizens. Reaffirming the State Government’s commitment to public welfare and good governance, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said the Chhattisgarh Government is working in line with Prime Minister Modi’s vision to ensure effective implementation of welfare schemes and to guarantee that the benefits of development reach every section of society. On behalf of the people of Chhattisgarh, the Chief Minister once again congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and wished him a healthy, long, and illustrious life. He expressed confidence that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, India would continue its rapid march towards becoming a fully developed Nation.
