THE ICAI Nagpur Branch (WIRC) created ahistoric milestone by successfully organising its firstever convocation ceremony for newly qualified chartered accountants on Saturday at Ashirwad Banquets,Nagpur. More than 126 newly qualified Chartered Accountants were formally convocatedduring the grand ceremony graced by guest of honour Former MP Ajay Sancheti, Chartered Accountant Ashok Chandak and Central Council member Umesh Sharma.

 

CA Swaroopa Wazalwar, Chairperson of ICAI Nagpur Branch, warmly welcomed the guests, members,newly qualified Chartered Accountants and their parents.Ajay Sancheti inspired the newly qualified Chartered Accountants with his real-life experiences.He emphasized the importance of hard work, continuous reading and contributing towards nation building. He stated that many CEOs of large companiesare Chartered Accountants because of their strong business understanding, practical knowledge and leadership abilities. Ashok Chandak shared his enriching experience of more than four decades in the profession and highlighted the immense importance of hard work, discipline,professional ethics and continuous learning for achieving success in life and profession.
