The beneficiaries of the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Anudan Yojana and Shravan Bal Seva State Pension Scheme, implemented by the Department of Social Justice and Special Assistance, can now submit their Life Certificate online through the Beneficiary Satyapan App. This facility will eliminate the need for elderly, widows, destitute persons, and persons with disabilities to repeatedly visit tehsil offices, banks, or post offices. Eligible beneficiaries can complete the process themselves, with help from relatives, or through village-level officials such as Gram Revenue Officers, Gram Panchayats, computer operators, and other staff. In addition, beneficiaries can submit their Life Certificate online via this app at Setu Seva Kendras, Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendras, and Nagari Seva Kendras. The service is available free of cost to beneficiaries. However, if the service is availed through Setu Seva Kendras or Nagari Seva Kendras, a service charge of Rs 50 will be applicable.

The users will have to download the Beneficiary Satyapan App and Aadhaar Face RD app from the Google Play Store on their mobiles. They can register using Aadhaar number and mobile number. They will have to select the relevant scheme and use the Beneficiary Verification option. This will be followed by OTP verification followed by Face Capture or Finger/IRIS authentication. After completion of the process, the Digital Life Certificate can be downloaded. The district administration has appealed to beneficiaries to avail this facility.
