SHARDUL Kasulkar struck a hat-trick as FSA Chankapur hit Eagle Academy for a six in the U-17 Late Sardar Atal Bahadur Singh Football Championship underway at NDFA ground on Wednesday. Man of Match Kasulkar scored in the 5th, 33rd and 35th minutes of play. Nirbhay Bhange hit one in the 8th minute while Harsh Mungle scored a brace in back to back 44th and 45th minutes of the second half. The second match of the day was also a high-scoring affair as Vision FA blanked SECR SA 5-0.

 

Vision’s Moses Joseph (14th) found back of the net for the opening goal. In the second half, Man of Match Sahil Samundre (38th, 40th) hammered two in two minutes. Samuel Francis added one more in the 53rd while an own goal by Lavit Singh 66th completed the rout. Man of Match Aown Mahedi scored twice (5th, 30+1) as Porwal FA beat Sankalp SA 3-1 in the third match. Sankalp’s Nishant Gandhi (12th) had levelled the scores before an own goal Arjun Mahedi (15th) restored lead for the winners.
