One month after the highly publicised death of Twisha Sharma, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has yet to determine the exact cause of her demise. The primary accused in the case, her husband Samarth Singh and her mother-in-law, former judge Giri Bala Singh, remain in judicial custody. Both accused are scheduled to be produced in court for their next hearing on June 16, as investigators scramble to piece together the sequence of events leading up to the tragedy. Official sources have confirmed that the CBI has completed its comprehensive technical analysis of Twisha Sharma’s laptop. The forensic examination retrieved only personal information, photographs, and professional documents associated with her previous employer. Investigators reported that the laptop scan did not reveal any definitive digital evidence or immediate clues explaining the circumstances surrounding her death.
Following the completion of the laptop forensic scan, the federal investigation team has intensified its scrutiny of Twisha Sharma’s mobile phone. Technical experts had previously secured a complete clone of the device’s storage to preserve digital evidence. Investigators are currently conducting a detailed analysis of her communication logs, instant messaging chats, call histories, emails, and online activity logs to uncover any hidden digital footprints.
The CBI has expanded its probe to include digital footprints and closed-circuit television footage, leading to the interrogation of a junior advocate. The lawyer, who is associated with Samarth Singh, was questioned regarding visits to a local salon linked to the case. Investigators are attempting to ascertain the exact purpose of
these salon visits and determine if they hold any relevance to the ongoing death probe. The advocate representing the victim’s family, Ankur Pandey, has cited Call Detail Records to level serious allegations
