XSIO Industrial & Logistics Parks, a Nagpur-headquartered industrial and logistics infrastructure platform backed by Blackstone, has announced its expansion into Madhya Pradesh with a new integrated logistics hub near Indore. The project will be developed at Machal village near Indore, where Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation has allotted land to XSIO. The proposed hub will serve the fast-growing Indore - Pithampur industrial belt and is expected to support sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, automotive, third-party logistics and supply-chain services. XSIO’s development portfolio now spans over 461 acres and more than 10 million sq. ft. of planned development, representing a current investment pipeline of over Rs 3,500 crore, expected to expand to over Rs 5,000 crore in the next two years, while supporting employment potential of over 17,500 direct and indirect jobs. Nagpur remains the foundation and command centre of XSIO’s growth journey.

 

The company has 5 parks in the Nagpur region, covering approximately 346 acres, with over 7.78 million sq. ft. of planned development, proposed investment of over Rs 2,300 crore, and employment potential of more than 13,000 jobs.
