Additional staff from the Commercial Department, Railway Protection Force (RPF), GRP, and Operations Department will be deployed to assist and guide passengers. Announcements will be made regularly throughout the station premises to provide necessary information to passengers, and enquiry centers and help desks will be operational. Keeping passenger convenience in mind, instructions have been given to provide drinking water, seating arrangements, fans, and quality food at food stalls at stations. To maintain strong security, RPF and GRP have been instructed to maintain special vigilance. Furthermore, all railway employees have been instructed to remain vigilant and proactive to ensure that no inconvenience is caused to passengers other than those appearing for the NEET exam. The Railway Administration has appealed to all candidates and passengers to arrive at the station with sufficient time for their journey, follow the instructions of railway employees, and cooperate for a safe journey.
