Additional Chief Secretary Shiv Shekhar Shukla and Bhopal Divisional Commissioner Karmaveer Sharma on Wednesday conducted an on-site inspection in Jagdishpur to review arrangements for the upcoming State Cabinet meeting. Scheduled for Sunday, July 19, the meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. The officials evaluated the progress of ongoing preparations at the venue to ensure the smooth conduct of the meeting and issued necessary administrative directives to the concerned departments. The site visit was attended by the Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board Ilayaraja T, District Collector Priyank Mishra, and IG (Rural Range), Bhopal, Ruchi Vardhan.
 
District and divisional-level officers from various concerned departments were also present during the inspection to co-ordinate the logistical requirements. Security standards and e-Cabinet infrastructure under review: During the walkthrough, Additional Chief Secretary Shukla directed the administrative staff to ensure that all preparations are fully complete and error-free, given the significance of the meeting. The officials toured the historic Rani Mahal and Chaman Mahal located within the Jagdishpur Palace complex to assess the physical set-up. The inspection specifically focused on the designated seating arrangements, safety protocols, site beautification, and the technical infrastructure required to facilitate the e-Cabinet system. Shukla instructed the administrative team to execute their duties in strict alignment with the designated action plan, emphasising the need for prompt completion and inter-departmental co-ordination across all assigned tasks.
