THE summer cricket and football coaching camp of Nobel Sports Academy concluded recently at Essence International School, bringing together students, parents, coaches and eminent guests to celebrate young sporting talent. During the closing ceremony talented sportspersons were felicitated. Theacademyexpressedheartfeltgratitude to themanagement ofEssenceInternationalSchool’s Vijay Menon, Dr Hema Menon, Principal Beena Menon and Quality Co-ordinator Jayshree Shastrifor theirunwaveringsupportand guidanceinmaking the event a grand success. Thechampionshipwasorganised by the founders of Nobel SportsAcademy—PratikVasani, Sadashiv Bodhan and Papan Pramanik.

 

Addressing the gathering, Vasani shared the academy’s vision and future plans to nurture young athletes through quality coaching, discipline and greater competitive opportunities. Naresh Charde, Nagar Adhyaksh,Wadi Nagar Parishad was the chief guest of the closing ceremony. Kailash Manthapurwar, corporator, Wadi Nagar Parishad; Dhiraj Ambatkar, Sarpanch, Waddhamna; Subhash Khakse, Principal,PriyadarshiniCollege; Yadvendra Tembhere, ex-Ranji Trophy fast bowler, MRF Pace FoundationPlayer;andKamlesh Chaturvedi, Manager, Essence International School were the guests of honour. Nearly 32 awards and 50 medals were distributed to outstanding cricket and football players,while studentswhorepresented theacademyat thestate level were also felicitated. Parents appreciated theNobel Sports Academy’s efforts in promoting sports and holistic development.
