NAGPUR District Chess Association (NDCA) will be celebrating International Chess Day on July 20, 2026 at NDCA Hall, Dhanwate National College Sport Complex. On the occasion, NDCA will be organising an Open Blitz Chess tournament. The tournament will be held from 5.30 pm onwards. A total cash prize of Rs 10,000 will be awarded to top 10 players along with best veteran and best female awards.

 

Medals will be awarded to two top girls and two top boys in Under-7, U-9, U-11, U-13 and U-15 age categories. Total 100 entries will be accepted on first come first serve basis. Entry fee will be Rs 200 per participant. The tournament will be inaugurated at 5.30 pm followed by the 1st round of the tournament.
