A Felicitation programme for the Pandharpur Cycle Warkari and MLK Warriors was held by Tiger City Cycling Association, Nagpur on Sunday in presence of a large numbers of cyclists from the city. Manish Shende, Managing Director of Vithoba Health care and Research Pvt Ltd, was the chief guest. Large numbers of cyclists from Nagpur including 22 cyclists from Tiger City Cycling Association (TCCA) Nagpur, under the leadership of Sanjay Wakade and Kailash Yadav, started from Nagpur on July 5 and reached Pandharpur on July 10. After offering prayers and blessings from Lord Vitthal, cyclists returned to Nagpur on July 13. Similarly, three senior citizen members of TCCA, Vishwas Chati, Uday Panwalkar and Dilip Bire started from Manali on July 4 and reached Khardungla (17928 Ft.) successfully on July 13.

 

All the cycle warkaris and MLK Warriors were honored by offering flowers. Ninty days PCW 2026 - virtual challenge was organised by Pandharpur Wari Group before start of the Wari. Top performer in male category Sanjay Wakade and in female category Archana Bongilwar were specially honored at the hands of chief guest. The programme was conducted by Pradip Deshpande. Dharmapal Fulzele, Shailesh Bilawe, Shubham Wankhede and other members of the association worked hard for the success of the programme and concluded with vote of thanks by Secretary of the association Uday Panwalkar.
