GRISHMA Kaishalwar, Harshika Sharma and Shreeja Wankhede made it to the semi-finals of the girls singles Under-19 age category on the opening day of the Yonesx-Sunrise GH Raisoni Memorial Nagpur District Selection Badminton Tournament at RTMNU’s Subhedar Hall on Thursday.

 

While Grishma defeated Avani Singh15-4,15-6,Harshika got the better ofAvishka Arakh 15-1, 15- 3and Shreeja beat Swarali Wasu 15-1, 15-5. Earlier,the tournament was inaugurated by Amit Gandhare, Director,PublicRelations, Raisoni Foundation. Bhavana Aagrey;Joint Secretary, NDBA;Anant Apte, Secretary, Tournament and Events; Gurdeep Singh Arora and Neha Gosavi both EC members,NDBA) also were present on theoccasion.
