THEcity witnessed a sharp rise in missing person cases over the past 24 hours, with ten people, including minor girls, reported missing from different police station limits. The missing individuals include teenagers as well as adults up to 45 years of age. Police have registered missing person reports in all cases following complaints from family members and have launched search operations. According to police records, three missing person cases each were registered under the Kolar and Ayodhya Nagar police stations. Additional complaints were reported from Ashoka Garden, TT Nagar, Ratibad and Awadhpuri police station areas. During the investigation, several families informed police that their relatives had left home but never returned. In some cases, the missing individuals had switched off their mobile phones, making the search more difficult. Student goes missing A 17-year-old student from the Ashoka Garden police station area went missing after leaving home for her studies. Family members said she did not return as expected.

 

After making extensive efforts to locate her, her mother approached the police station and lodged a missing person complaint. Police have begun an investigation and are trying to trace her whereabouts. Three missing together Ayodhya Nagar police have registered separate missing person cases involving Garima, aged 19, Tanu, aged 24, and Manish, aged 22. According to their respective families, each individual had left home under different circumstances and failed to return. Police are investigating all three cases independently. Three cases reported in Kolar Kolar police have registered missing person reports for Shivkant, aged 20, Amarjeet, aged 40, and Tulsi Ram, aged 45. In addition, Muskan was reported missing from the TT Nagar area, 30-year-old Anmol Soni from Ratibad, and a 16- year-old girl from Awadhpuri. Police have initiated search efforts in all the cases. Search efforts continue Police officials said search operations begin immediately after a missing person complaint is registered. Investigation teams examine CCTV footage from nearby areas and collect information from railway stations, bus terminals and other locations where the missing individuals may have travelled.
