CM Dr Mohan Yadav toflag off Malwa, SomnathExpress stoppages atNishatpura Station today

FULFILLING a long-standing
demand of local residents and
enhancing passenger convenience, Chief Minister Dr Mohan
Yadav will officially flag off the
newly-approved stoppage of
Train No. 12919 Dr Ambedkar
Nagar-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi
Katra Malwa Express at
Nishatpura Railway Station on
Tuesday at 5:00 pm.
During the event, the Chief
Minister will also inaugurate the
stoppage of Train No.
11463/11464 Jabalpur–Veraval
Somnath Express at the same
station.
The inclusion of these halts
will grant commuters in
Nishatpura and surrounding
localities direct access to longdistance train services right from
their neighbourhood.
Easing pressure on major terminals: Highlighting the operational benefits, Senior DCM
Saurabh Katariya stated that the
new stoppages will particularly
benefit passengers residing in
the northern and eastern parts
of Bhopal.
Furthermore, the move is
expected to partially de-congest
traffic and passenger load at the
city’s primary hubs, Bhopal
Junction and Rani Kamalapati
stations, offering seamless connectivity for religious, tourism,
and business travel.
The inaugural ceremony will
witness the presence of Deputy
Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla,
Sports and Youth Welfare
Minister Vishvas Sarang, Minister
of State Krishna Gaur, and
Bhopal MP Alok Sharma,
alongside local MLAs and senior railway officials.
