A TREE plantation drive was organised by Municipal Council at Taluka Sports Complex to spread awareness about environmental conservation. The office bearers, officials, and employees actively participated in the initiative, planting a wide variety of saplings across the premises. The event witnessed the presence Municipal Council President Yogesh Misar, Vice President Dr Nitin Urade, Chief Officer Dr Madhuri Salame, Councillors Manoj Kawale, Rakesh Padole, Manoj Bhupal, Montu Pillare, Pushpakar Bangre, and Waqar Khan, along with Women Councillors Jaya-shree Kuthe, Sapna Ballapure, Madhuri Upase, Kajal Talmale, Pushpalata Popte, and Geeta Meshram. Also present were accountant Nakul Bhajipale, Tax Assessor Ishwar Bicchewar, Project Officer Dhananjay Pote, Shaila Singhgade, members of local women’s self-help groups, and other officials and staff members of the Municipal Council. A large number of people were also present on the occasion.
