THE duo of Vismay Mhaske and Anudhya Satpute won twin titles in Under-15 age group of the Bhagini Mandal Nagpur District Badminton Tournament that concluded at Subhedar Badminton Hall on Sunday. In the boys singles final, Vismay defeated Vedant Yadav 15-10, 15-6 while Anudhya got the better of Dhriti Mehta 15-9, 15-7 also in straight games.

 

Teaming up with Vedant Yadav, Vismay beat the pair of Bhavik Musale and Veer Chitnis in the boys U-15 doubles final. In the U-15 girls doubles summit clash, Anudhya and her partner Aaraddhya Sahare defeated the combination of Advaiya Sathe and Aradhya Gupta. Prizes were distributed by former international player Arundhati Pantawane, Arundhati Mahajan (President, Bhagini Mandal), Chitra Ghare (Secretary) Arti Pendsey, Kalyani Buty, Sandhya Bhoitey and Nishad Choure.
