Promoting the spirit of inclusion, equality, and social harmony, Sutraa Fashion & Lifestyle – Rakhi Edit was inaugurated at Tuli Imperial, Ramdaspeth, through a unique ceremony that honoured members of the transgender community and specially abled children alongside distinguished personalities. The exhibition will conclude on July 8.
The inauguration was graced by Krishna Shirisha, Consultant for Online Startups and former Amazon & Flipkart professional; Gayatri Vatsalya, President of SVK Shikshan Sanstha and Clinical Psychologist, accompanied by the specially abled SVKites and their proud parents; Nikunj K Joshi, CEO of Sarthi Trust, Nagpur; Dr Priya Samir Choudhary of Trimit Architects, and Megha Gaikwad, Social Worker.
The ceremony was also attended by exhibitors, Director Umesh Madhyan, Ekta Khandar, and the entire Sutraa team.
Speaking on the occasion, Director Umesh Madhyan said, “This inauguration was not just about opening an exhibition—it was about celebrating a society where everyone is respected, welcomed, and valued equally. By inviting the transgender community and specially abled children to inaugurate Sutraa, we wanted to send a message that true celebrations become meaningful only when everyone walks together.”
