CREDAI Nagpur Metro successfully organised a technical seminar on “New Rules & Regulations on Society Formation & Handing Over and the Process of Uploading Documents Related to Sanctioning in BPMS” at Hotel Centre Point, Ramdaspeth. Advocate Sandeep Shastri and ADTP Er. Ruturaj Jadhav guided the participants. The programme was held under the guidance of the President, Advisory Board and Executive Committee of CREDAI Nagpur Metro.

 

The seminar was successfully coordinated by Abhishek Javery, Vice President & Convenor, Seminar Committee, with active support from Architect Ronak Diote, Executive Committee Member, Sharmishtha Ray, and the entire Seminar Committee, whose collective efforts ensured the smooth execution of the event. On the occasion, Architect Vishwash Gupta, General Secretary, CREDAI Nagpur Metro, stated that the regulatory framework governing the real estate sector is continuously evolving, making such technical knowledge sessions essential for developers and professionals.
