HARELI Tihar was celebrated at the official residence of former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in the state capital on Wednesday. Former Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel along with his family members performed pooja-archana of agricultural tools and cows on the occasion.
