VIPL Realty, a unit of the VIPL Group, officially launched NMC’s B-Park on Thursday in Mahal, Central Nagpur, in the presence of Pravin Datke, MLA, Nagpur Central; Mayor Neeta Thakre; Municipal Commissioner Dr Vipin Itankar; NMC Standing Committee Chairperson Shivani Dani-Wakhare and others. A project of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and developed by VIPL Realty, B-Park brings together retail, entertainment, healthcare and residences within a single integrated development. With the launch, bookings for the project are now officially open. Located at Budhwar Bazar, Kelibagh Road, Opposite Kotwali Police Station, Mahal, Nagpur, NMC’s B-Park spans more than 42,000 square metres and is envisioned as a new urban destination for Central Nagpur. The development transforms the traditional marketplace environment of Budhwar Bazar into a more organised and contemporary mixed-use destination.

 

The launch comes as Nagpur continues to experience strong investment and infrastructure-led growth. With increasing activity across logistics, manufacturing, renewable energy and other emerging sectors, the city is witnessing a growing need for well-planned commercial and urban destinations.
