Wardhaman Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd conducted its 27th annual general meeting on Sunday at Rajwada Palace Nagpur. Chairman of the Bank Anil Parakh presided over the meeting. The bank has achieved a mixed business of Rs 500 crore and net NPAs of the bank continues to be zero per cent for the last four years. Its CRAR is 31.94 per cent which is a testimony of the financial soundness of the bank. All the directors of the bank including Vice Chairman Ashwin Shah, Hitesh Sanklecha, Rajan Dhadhha, Atul Kotecha, Dilip Ranka, Ram Akhare, Naresh Pugaliya, Anee Sancheti, Richa Jain, Pawan Khabiya , CEO Ram Jajoo and shareholders in large number were prominently present during the meeting. Atul Kotecha proposed the vote of thanks.
