YOUNG karatekas of Central India Public School, Kamptee Road claimeda total of nine medals at the 11th NSKAI Nagpur District Karate Championship and Selection Trials for the 11th NSKAI AllIndia Open Karate Championship, held at Gangadhar RaoFadnavisKrida Sankul, recently.

 

The karatekas clinched 1gold, 4 silver and 4bronzemedals. Mohd Aatif secured third place in kata andkumite, while Yedhant Mundle won thirdspot in both kata and kumite.Sanvi Dorsetwar secured secondplacein kata and first place in kumite.Sharayu Shrawankar came second in kata while Dyanesh Sarvesecured the second best spot in both kata and kumite.All the playersareup forthe11thNSKAIAllIndia Open Karate C’ship, to be held in Visakhapatnam in December.
