IN A remarkable celebration of patriotism, unity, and employee engagement, Solar Defence & Aerospace Limited organised a grand plant-level patriotic cultural event, bringing together employees from across departments to honour the spirit of India and the courageous soldiers who protect the nation. The event, centered around the themes of patriotic singing, dance and fashion show, transformed the workplace into a vibrant platform of national pride, cultural expression, and collective enthusiasm. The initiative was designed not only to recognise employee talent but also to strengthen the emotional connection between the organisation’s mission and the nation’s defence ecosystem. While the performances celebrated India’s rich cultural heritage, they also highlighted a deeper reality that every employee experiences daily: the privilege of contributing to products that protect the nation and strengthen India’s strategic capabilities.

 

Addressing the gathering, organistional leaders appreciated the passion and dedication displayed by employees. The programmeas chaired by Manish Nuwal, MD & CEO who also addressed the gathering amongst the presence of distinguished dignitaries including, Rear Admiral Brijesh Vasistha, Executive Director, Ashish Khole, Group HR Head, Dr Amit Kumar, Plant Head Defence, PYN Srinivas, Plant Head Pyro, Sunil Jaiswal, Plant Head Gun Propellant, Shyamsundar Mishra, Project Head, Pradip Raut, GM HR, and Bhakti Peshkar, Sr. Manager HR. The performances were expertly judged by M K Sharma and Anand Deshmukh. Energetic and engaging anchoring was done by Ishika Harde. The event was successfully organised and coordinated by Purushottam Vishwakarma and Koteshwar Runghe.
