FAROOQUE Akbani, President of Nag Vidarbha Chamber of Commerce (NVCC), was honoured with the ‘Vidarbha Gaurav Award’ by the Al-Ibrahim Education Society, Nagpur. The Al-Ibrahim Education Society recently organised a felicitation ceremony to honour meritorious students from various fields and eminent citizens who have made significant contributions in various fields like education, business, sports, social service, culture etc.

 

Farooq Akbani was given the ‘Vidarbha Gaurav Award’ for his excellent work and significant contribution in the business world by Dr Ved Prakash Mishra, Pro Chancellor of Datta Meghe University, Nagpur, in the presence of Dr Haseen Akhtar, President of Maharashtra State Urdu Sahitya Academy, Mumbai and Asha Khan, Joint Secretary of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Additional Commission, Nagpur. Akbani thanked R M Khan-Naidu, President of Al-Ibrahim Education Society for honouring him with this prestigious award.
