ON MONDAY, BJP National Joint General Secretary (Organisation) Shivprakash and Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav addressed various sessions on the second day of the two-day State Executive Committee meeting held in Orchha. Shivprakash urged the cadre to align the 25-year journey of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s service, good governance, and welfare of the poor with the resolve to build a ‘Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India). He emphasised that serving the people is akin to serving the Divine (Narayana Seva) and called for expanding the organisation’s reach among the masses with this spirit. Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav stated that the Congress party is working to incite class conflict in society. The BJP government in Madhya Pradesh is observing the year 2026 as the ‘Year of Farmers’ Welfare,’ while the year 2027 will be dedicated to the further empowerment and welfare of women. He noted that 70 per cent of the promises made in the BJP’s manifesto for the 2023 assembly elections have already been fulfilled, and the government is working with the aim of fulfilling the remaining pledges as well. Dignitaries present on the dais included BJP State President and MLA Hemant Khandelwal, Regional General Secretary (Organisation) Ajay Jamwal, State In-charge Dr Mahendra Singh, State Co-in-charge Satish Upadhyay, National Vice President Lal Singh Arya, Union Ministers Virendra Kumar and Durgadas Uike, Deputy Chief Ministers Jagdish Devda and Rajendra Shukla, National Secretary and MP Kavita Patidar and Parliamentary Board member Satyanarayan Jatiya.

 

BJP State President and MLA Hemant Khandelwal proposed a vote of thanks in the executive committee meeting. BJP National Joint General Secretary (Organisation) Shivprakash called upon the Government and the organisation to jointly organise ‘Samrasta Sankalp’ programmes on a large scale to mark the 650th birth anniversary of Saint Shiromani Ravidas Maharaj. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is completing 25 years of service and good governance. Various programs will be organised over a one-month period, starting from his birthday on September 17 and continuing until October 17. Through these events, the Prime Minister’s 25-year journey of public service and the transformation the country has undergone under his leadership will be conveyed to the masses. Before August 15, 1947, the nation had a clear goal: to secure India’s independence. Great national figures dedicated their lives to this very objective. Today, we face the goal of a ‘Viksit Bharat’ and we must move forward with similar resolve. He emphasised that the nation should not dream small but should aspire to great dreams. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has placed a clear vision before the country regarding what India will look like upon completing 100 years of independence. The Prime Minister’s resolve for a developed India is no longer just the pledge of the BJP or a single government; it has become the collective resolve of 1.4 billion citizens.

Today, India ranks among the world’s leading nations and competes with developed countries across various sectors. India now possesses the capability to supply essential goods to the world. World-class infrastructure has been developed within the country, and economic activities have expanded. Women’s banking and economic participation. On the second day of the meeting, a special workshop was held under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. During the workshop the upcoming programmes related to public service, good governance and strengthening the party organisation, were finalised. Several senior BJP leaders who have attended and addressed the two-day meeting are State BJP President Hemant Khandelwal said that service, values and the welfare of the last person are the foundation of the BJP’s ideology.

 

State in-charge Dr Mahendra Singh stressed the need to strengthen the organisation at the booth level to achieve the goal of making India a developed nation by 2047. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan spoke about taking farmer welfare schemes to the people. Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia linked the growing use of UPI, startups and technology with new opportunities for young people. Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the Ken-Betwa project is important for the development of the Bundelkhand region. The meeting also discussed issues related to women’s empowerment, tribal communities and employment.
