A DOMINO’S outlet operating
on the premises of Panehra Petrol
Pump (Ameer and Sons) in
Ranjhi was sealed by administrative officials after an inspection found that it had been
opened without obtaining a
mandatory Fire NOC.
The action followed an inspection of the petrol pump by
Collector Raghavendra Singh,
Municipal Corporation
Commissioner Ramprakash
Ahirwar and Additional SP Dr
Ayush Jakhar during their field
visit to the Cantonment
Assembly constituency
under the Chief Minister Jan
Vishwas Abhiyan.
During the inspection, officials also examined the Domino’s
outlet operating within the petrol
pump premises.
Considering the
possibility of a major fire-related incident at the petrol pump,
Collector Singh directed the officials present to immediately verify all licences, permissions and
other mandatory approvals
obtained by the outlet.
Following the Collector’s
directions, a team of officials
led by Deputy Collector
Raghuveer Singh Maravi examined the outlet’s documents till
late Saturday evening. During
the verification, the officials
found that the outlet did not have
the required Fire NOC.
Consequently, the district
administration sealed the
Domino’s outlet for operating
without the mandatory fire safety clearance.
