Mohapatra on Thursday administered the oath of office to newly-appointed three judges of the
High Court- namely Santosh
Sharma, Sushma Sawant and
Sudhir Kumar in swearing-in ceremony held in Chief Justice’s Court, High Court Bilaspur.
Three judicial officers- namely Santosh Sharma, Sushma
Sawant and Sudhir Kumar have been elevated as the Judge
of Chhattisgarh High Court on Thursday.
After elevation of these judges, the strength of the High
Court has reached 13 judges out of 22 judges.
Judges of the High Court Justice Parth Prateem Sahu,
Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas, Justice Naresh Kumar
Chandravanshi, Justice Sachin Singh Rajput, Justice Rakesh
Mohan Pandey, Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal, Justice
Ravindra Kumar Agrawal, Justice Bibhu Datta Guru, Justice
Amitendra Kishore Prasad, Registrar General of the High
Court Rajanish Shrivastava, other judicial officers, advocates and others attended the swearing-in-ceremony
