Nine people, including six women and three children, lost their lives after an ill-fated Mahindra Bolero SUV they were travelling in, rammed into an Eicher truck from behind. The ghastly accident took place near Bhaucha Dhaba and Indian Oil Petrol Pump on National Highway – 53, under the jurisdiction of Lakhni Police Station, on the wee hours of Friday. Twelve others, including 6 children and four women, who sustained serious injuries in the mishap, have been shifted to Government Hospital in Bhandara.
